The Korean Information Society Development Institute (KISDI, President Kwon Ho-yeol) presented the 'KISDI ESG Management Promotion Plan for Leading the Digital Future' at the KISDI extended executive meeting and held a proclamation ceremony on April 26 to express its goals of protecting the environment, realizing social values, and establishing a transparent management system.

KISDI’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Management Promotion Plan has significant implications in that it aims to enhance the future value of KISDI as a national research institute by considering not only ICT policy R&D, but also non-financial factors such as environmental risks, social impacts, and responsibilities.

KISDI, as an organization that conducts leading ICT and broadcasting policy research in the ‘digital new deal’ era, has established an ESG management system and laid the basis for sustainable growth, such as carbon reduction activities, the establishment of community relations for win-win development, and management innovation through the establishment of transparent and fair procedures, etc.
