The Korea Information Society Development Institute invited the Philippine delegation headed by Carlo Jose Martinez, Deputy Commissioner of National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines and held consultation program from October 7 to 13, 2012.

 President DongWook Kim met with Deputy Commissioner Martinez and discussed the continued development of broadcasting and communications in both countries and their cooperation in spectrum management.

The Philippine delegation attended KISDI seminar and visited the Central Radio Management Office (CRMO), the Satellite Radio Monitoring Center (SRMC), and the National Radio Research Agency (RRA), sharing spectrum management technologies and  discussing related issues.
