KISDI and the Korea Association for Information Society held the “Seminar on Economic and Social Changes in the Era of Intelligent Information” at D.Camp, Seoul in June 10.
The seminar was the second of its kind after “Talk Concert on Future, Human and Machine” organized by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planing. The seminar brought together experts for an in-depth discussion on how the development of intelligent information will change society and economy and industrial structure.
At the seminar, Sangki Han of Social Computing Research Institute and Sunghyun Na of KISDI delivered a presentation titled “Artificial Intelligent’s Social Impact” and “Intelligent Information Technology and Changes in Industrial Structure” respectively. In the following discussion, with Jeong-eon Kim of KISDI as a moderator, experts from business and academia including Prof. Yijong Seo of Seoul National University, Prof. Sungbae Moon of Kookmin University, Kangyun Lee of IBM, Minho Lyu of Naver corp,. shared their opinions.
