President Dowhan Kim of the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) received the Order of Civil Merit, Camellia Medal at the “Government 3.0 performance examination session on citizens' experience” held in Government Complex Seoul on July 22.
As the technical chairman for planning and general affairs of the steering committee of Government 3.0, President Dowhan Kim received the award in recognition of his contributions to policy establishments such as <3-year Roadmap for Government 3.0>. In addition, he identified basic roadmaps and tasks for Government 3.0 as a civilian member of the steering group of air and correspondence in the Steering committee of citizen happiness and laid the foundations for civilian use of the data possessed by national and public institutions as a civilian member of the strategic committee of public data.
