On September 13 (Wednesday), KISDI held a KISDI Colloquium session in the conference room on the 2nd floor of the KISDI building.
This KISDI Colloquium session was held to examine technological trends in the AI industry and discover how they might relate to government policies during the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Professor Ahn Chang-wook of GIST delivered a presentation on the topic of “Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning” in which he talked about the technical and academic meaning of AI and its scope, AI and the artificial neural network, AI and the Deep Learning model issue, with the focus on intelligence information technology and its future direction of development.
Last July, KISDI and GIST signed an MOU on leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution through exchanges on the subject of AI. The two organizations agreed to pursue collaboration on research and exchange human talents on a continuous basis while cooperating closely on joint research and the development of a new agenda.
