Kim Gyeong-hun, Head of the Center for AI Strategy of the Digital Economy & Society Research Division at Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI, President Kwon Ho-yeol), was awarded a citation by the Minister of Science and ICT in recognition of his contribution to the development of the blockchain.
Center Head Kim Gyeong-hun was awarded a ministerial citation in recognition of his contribution to the development of the domestic blockchain, including blockchain-related systems, technology development, distribution, and adoption, at the “3rd Blockchain Promotion Week” event on November 18.
Center head Kim Gyeong-hun received a doctorate in business engineering from KAIST and currently serves as the head of the Center for AI Strategy of KISDI. His major research achievements include Research on Policy Measures for AI Convergence and Utilization in the Public and Private Sectors; Support for Establishing Policy Measures to Create a Foundation for the Blockchain Industry; and Research on the Status of the 5G-related Industry Ecosystem and its Market Prospects.
